Privacy policy

As of October 2026. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the imprint. Email: contact@brynvok.com.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a virtual server provided by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

3. Contact form and email

When you write to us, we store your name, email address, optionally your company, the topic and your message in order to process your enquiry and reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiry) or (f) (general enquiries). We do not store your IP address. The data is deleted once your enquiry is completed, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. if an order results from it).

4. Analytics with Umami

We count page views with Umami, which we run on our own server. Umami sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and creates no profiles; the data never leaves our server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (improving our website).

5. No cookies, no third-party services

This website sets no cookies and loads no fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just send us an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
